Five men, including a Zimbabwean and four South Africans, have been arrested in Moorreesburg, Western Cape, in connection with an alleged armed robbery.
The men have been named as Mbulelo Ntozini, Bogani Mbambane, Simbarashe Aaron, Sibongile Sibeko and Lilitha Maqokolo.
According to information being circulated, the group was arrested in Moorreesburg and is also alleged to have been involved in criminal activity around Piketberg.
The Zimbabwean national among the five was identified in the circulated information as Simbarashe Aaron.
Moorreesburg is a small town in the Swartland area of the Western Cape, roughly 90 km north of Cape Town, while Piketberg is situated farther north in the West Coast region.
Families who may have been looking for the men, particularly those with connections to Khayelitsha, Mfuleni and Malmesbury, have been informed through the circulating message that the men are reportedly in custody.
