The Zimbabwe School Examinations Council (ZIMSEC) has urged candidates who sat for the 2025 November Ordinary Level examinations to check their results online within the next five days following their release.
Speaking to journalists on Friday, 16 January 2026, ZIMSEC Board Chairperson Professor Paul Mapfumo announced that the results will be available on the ZIMSEC online portal from 4:00 pm on the same day.
Mapfumo said candidates and authorised personnel can access the results through the council’s official website.
“The Zimbabwe School Examinations Council board and management would like to advise the nation of the release of the 2025 November Ordinary Level examination results,” said Mapfumo.
“With effect from today, 16 January 2026 at 4 pm, Ordinary Level examination results will be accessible to all candidates and authorised personnel online through the ZIMSEC portal, accessed via the website www.zimsec.co.zw.”
He emphasized that the online portal will only be open for a limited period.
“Please take note that this portal will be open for five days only,” Mapfumo said.
In addition, ZIMSEC advised that heads of examination centres will be able to collect results for their respective schools and centres from regional offices on Monday.
ZIMSEC has encouraged candidates and schools to make timely use of the online platform to avoid missing the five-day access window.
