Afrobeats superstar Davido real name David Adedeji Adeleke has announced a partnership with Spiro, Africa’s leading electric vehicle company, to launch his own line of electric bikes across the continent in 2025.
This initiative aims to promote sustainable transportation solutions throughout Africa.
Spiro has successfully deployed over 22,000 electric bikes and established a network of battery-swapping stations in several countries, including Benin, Togo, Nigeria, Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda, Ghana, Cameroon, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Angola, and Tanzania.
Their cutting-edge battery-swapping technology allows riders to easily exchange batteries at designated stations in seconds.
Expressing his excitement about the partnership, Davido Highlighted that using his platform to improve the lives of his fans has always been a priority of his, and partnering with Spiro is the perfect way to achieve this goal.
