The nation is in mourning following the passing on of Daniel Chingoma, a renowned entrepreneur, musician, and innovator, affectionately known as the helicopter man.
Chingoma, who gained fame for designing and building the “Zimcopter” helicopter, left an indelible mark on Zimbabwe’s technological and industrial landscape.
The passing on of the 2018 Presidential election candidate has attracted pouring tributes for the departed musician, politician and entrepreneur.
Chingoma’s legacy will continue to inspire future generations of innovators and entrepreneurs. He will be deeply missed, but his impact on Zimbabwe’s innovation and music scenes will never be forgotten.
