INNSCOR Africa has moved into Beitbridge to partner Government in the reception and re-intergration of thousands of Zimbabweans coming home in flight from instabilities in South Africa resulting from an uprising against foreigners.
A delegation from Innscor was part of Minister of Women Affairs, Community, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Monica Mutsvangwa who visited Beitbridge on Monday.
“Innscor Africa, through Empower Tomorrow is proud to stand with Government in supporting our fellow Zimbabweans returning home. These are our brothers, our sisters, our children coming back home,” said Eunice Mafundikwa, the head of the Innscor Africa delegation to the Reception Centre.
“Here at the Beitbridge Reception Centre, we are complementing Government efforts by providing medical supplies, meals, and reintegration food hampers to ensure every returnee goes home with dignity and hope. We are also exploring broader partnerships for sustainable reintegration, she said in a brief statement.
The company was among several private individuals and organisations that have responded to calls for humanitarian assistance to thousand of Zimbabwean returnees from SA arriving through Beitbridge.
