Harare– Flamboyant businessman Sir Wicknell Chivayo rewarded five players from the Northern Region Soccer League title chasing Scottland FC with Toyota Aquas after they beat Harare City FC 3-1 over the weekend.
He further promised to buy Aquas for the whole team if they beat Herentals in their next game.
Sir Wicknell has grabbed the headlines for giving Toyota Aqua and luxury Cars to various categories of people including artist, prophets, ruling party activists and now its Scottland fc players.
The Game was played at Mkushi Stadium, formerly known as Morris Depot where Harare City capitulated to the title contenders.
Scottland FC owner Pedzisai Scott Sakupwanya had promised his players US$2k bonus each if they win 6-0 victory against Harare City which they failed to achieve but the controversial Chivayo chipped in giving five outstanding players with the cars.
