Zimbabwe‘s Young Warriors readies to battle against Angola in the COSAFA Semifinal today at 1200hrs in Johannesburg, South Africa.
Following their 2007 triumph, the Young Warriors have been on a drought and will be hoping to go closer to the title when they face Angola today.
This is match has more significance as the winner will be guaranteed a place at the continental AFCON U17 championships.
The two teams last faced each other in this competition in 2018 in Mauritius, with Angola defeating Zimbabwe 2-1. Angola were the eventual champions then.
Meanwhile, the defending champions Zambia are preparing to square of against the Amajita of South Africa later in the day.
