GODKNOWS Mashele, popularly known as DJ Fizzy, from Lutumba in Tshivhuyuni, has officially signed with Arnold Production, a prominent DJ label based in Kyasands, South Africa.
Inspired by DJ Bhereka, he quickly developed a unique sungura sound fused with house beats, attracting fans across Southern Africa.
Speaking to Ziyah News Network, Godknows Mashele said Djing had been his passion and dream yet to be experienced at greater heights.
“I am very excited about this major move in my career. DJing has always been my passion and dream, and I believe this is only the beginning. I hope to continue growing each day until I reach greater heights.”
DJ Fizzy began his DJing career in 2016 while attending Vhembe High School, where he studied from 2016 to 2019.
He also performed alongside notable acts such as Mazwale, Slenderboy Mukosi, and Sherento, further cementing his reputation as one of the continent’s emerging DJ talents
In 2025, his music sets went viral in Zimbabwe, Botswana, and South Africa, earning recognition and reposts from popular artists such as Makhadzi and Master KG.
Zimbabwean content creators included Nash TV Zimbabwe and God-Father Templeman also acknowledging DJ Fizzy’s growing influence in the Music space.
CEO and Director of Arnold Production, Arnold Atson, also spoke to Ziyah News Network, saying Fizzy’s hardwork and passion is what Arnold Productions need to build a strong career for him.
“DJ Fizzy’s talent and hard work needed a proper team to help create opportunities that will elevate his career. As Arnold Production, we are committed to making that happen.”
Following his recent signing, DJ Fizzy is expected to headline several upcoming shows in South Africa under Arnold Production.
